BrokerNavigator is a software product by Diamond Equity AI that helps mortgage brokers run their marketing, funnels, and ad campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain English on purpose.
When your account is set up and as you use BrokerNavigator, we collect the information you give us. This includes:
We use this information to run your dashboard, personalize your marketing materials and website, and provide support when you need it.
BrokerNavigator includes an Ad Launcher that can create Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns on your own Meta ad account. Connecting Facebook is optional. If you choose to connect it, here is exactly what happens.
When a broker connects their Facebook account, we receive their name, their email, the list of Facebook Pages they manage, and their ad account IDs.
We use this information only to create and manage the ad campaigns the broker sets up in our Ad Launcher. We do not use it for anything else.
Campaigns are always created paused, and they never run without the broker launching them. Nothing spends money until the broker chooses to launch it.
Access tokens are stored encrypted.
We never post to a broker's Pages, and we never read their Page content.
We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in after you sign in. This cookie is required for the app to work. We do not use it to follow you around other websites, and we do not sell your browsing activity.
Payments are handled by our third party payment processor. Your card details go directly to that processor and are not stored on our servers. We keep only the records we need to manage your subscription, such as your plan and your payment status.
You are in control of your data.
You can disconnect Facebook at any time from the Ad Launcher page in your dashboard. Disconnecting deletes the Facebook access token we stored for you.
If you would like your full account and all associated data deleted, email us at info@diamondequity.co and we will take care of it.
We limit access to your information to what is needed to run the service, we store sensitive tokens encrypted, and we keep each broker's data separated from every other broker's data.
If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and, where it makes sense, let you know inside the app.
